This User Agreement is a binding agreement between all users and Piseon, applicable to all behaviors of users accessing and using the Piseon application and all local AI creation services provided by the application. Before using the application, users shall fully read, understand and accept all terms of this agreement. By opening and using Piseon to carry out image creation, local AI processing and other related operations, users confirm that they have fully recognized and voluntarily abided by all clauses of this User Agreement.
Piseon is a lightweight local AI art creation tool based on iOS system, which focuses on providing users with local text-to-image generation and local image processing functions. The application has no account registration mechanism and no social interaction modules, and all functional operations are completed independently on the user's local device. The application always adheres to the core principle of protecting user facial privacy and strictly implements zero collection of user facial information in all service links involving user character pictures and facial element processing.

All AI calculation, image analysis, picture rendering and content optimization involved in the above services are completed through the local AI algorithm of the user's mobile device, without any off-device data transmission and background data collection behavior.
Users can independently upload local character pictures stored in their own devices for AI secondary creation and style processing. All picture processing behaviors are completely autonomous and private to users. The application only invokes local computing resources to complete image rendering, and does not trigger any behavior of obtaining, recording, storing or collecting user facial information in the whole service process.
In order to fully protect users' facial biometric privacy and eliminate all privacy risks in the process of users uploading character pictures and using local AI processing functions, Piseon hereby makes detailed and explicit zero collection commitments on user facial information, and all clauses are permanently effective and strictly implemented:
When users upload local character pictures to Piseon for AI creation and processing, the application only reads the picture file data in the user's local device directory, and only obtains the picture pixel content required for local AI rendering. The application will not independently identify, extract, capture or collect any facial feature information contained in the uploaded character pictures, including facial contour features, facial organ features, facial texture features, facial expression features and all other biometric information related to user faces. The picture upload operation only realizes local file invocation, and no facial information will be acquired or recorded in this link.
All AI processing operations on user uploaded character pictures are completed by the local AI algorithm built in the user's device. The local AI only performs style rendering, scene replacement, color adjustment, detail optimization and other artistic processing on the overall picture content, and does not start any facial recognition program, facial feature extraction program or facial data analysis program. In the whole process of local AI calculation and picture processing, the application will not capture, parse, store or collect any user facial biometric data, and all processing behaviors are limited to artistic pixel level adjustment of the picture, without any collection and recording of user facial characteristic information.
Piseon does not have any local facial data storage module and facial information recording function. After the user completes the local AI processing of the character picture, only the new artwork generated locally will be retained in the user's device by user's choice. The application will not independently save, backup or retain the user's original uploaded character pictures, nor will it separately store, record or archive any facial feature information extracted from the pictures. All facial related elements in the pictures only exist in the user's local picture files, and the application does not generate any independent facial data files and facial information records.
The application adopts a full local working mode, with no remote data transmission, cloud synchronization and background data upload functions. In the process of users uploading character pictures and using local AI processing services, all picture data and picture elements always stay in the user's local device. The application will not transmit any picture content containing user facial features to any external channel, nor will it synchronize user facial information to any invisible background path. There is no any behavioral basis for the application to collect user facial information through data transmission.
Piseon will not use any facial information involved in user uploaded character pictures for any secondary purpose. The application has no functional scenarios such as facial data analysis, user portrait labeling, facial feature comparison and biometric verification. The local AI processing of character pictures is only for the one-time artistic creation effect required by users, and no facial information will be reserved for subsequent matching, analysis, recommendation and other secondary use behaviors. The zero collection rule of facial information runs through all service links of the application.
The core algorithm of Piseon local AI is oriented to art style rendering and picture creative processing, and does not carry any automatic facial recognition and facial feature scanning function. When processing character pictures, the AI program cannot actively identify user facial features, cannot extract facial biometric parameters, and cannot form any identifiable user facial data information. The application fundamentally avoids the possibility of collecting user facial information from the program algorithm level.
Users have the right to independently select local character pictures to upload and process, independently control all local creation data and processed artworks, and independently delete, retain and export all local picture files and creation results. Users can freely use all local AI creation functions of the application without any forced authorization of personal information and facial privacy information. Users have the right to know and supervise the application's zero collection behavior of facial information at any time.
Users shall abide by all applicable usage specifications when using Piseon for picture uploading and AI creation, and shall not use the application to process illegal, inappropriate and infringing picture content. Users shall bear full responsibility for all picture content uploaded and created by themselves. Users shall confirm that the uploaded character pictures are legal and valid, and shall not use the application to process pictures involving others' privacy without authorization.
Piseon strictly abides by content compliance specifications, and is equipped with local content security verification and illegal content interception mechanisms. The application only provides local artistic processing services for user uploaded pictures, and does not involve any user privacy data collection behavior. All creation and processing behaviors are completed locally, which will not cause any privacy leakage risk to users' facial information and personal data.
The application does not set any mandatory information entry items and privacy authorization items. Users can use all core functions of the application including picture uploading and local AI processing without providing any personal information and facial related authorization. The application's service operation always maintains the principle of privacy priority and zero facial data collection.
Piseon reserves the right to optimize and adjust the content of this User Agreement according to function iteration and specification requirements. The adjusted agreement content will be displayed in the application interface in the form of update announcement. The continued use of the application by users after the agreement update confirms the recognition and acceptance of the revised agreement terms. The core commitment of zero collection of user facial information will not be changed due to agreement adjustment and function iteration.
